Who is eligible for a membership?
Membership is open (and free) for all people who have a verifiable email address and are of an age to be legally capable of receiving money payments.

May I have more than one member account?
Absolutely not! Any attempt to create more than one member account (or to provide false information) will imply in membership ban and cancellation of any existing cash/points balance.

How do I terminate my GetMoneyMails account?
Login to your member account, go to your account settings and search down the page for the unsubscription button. Make sure you don't have any pendent payout before closing your account.

How can I redeem my points for cash?
Go to "earnings", look for the point redeeming form and enter the number of points that you want to redeem for cash. Points will be converted accordingly to the point value on the conversion time.

How do I request a payment?
Go to "earnings", look for the payment request form and enter the amount you want to be paid. Requesting payment is only possible when your cash balance is equal or greater than the minimum payout value associated to your account.The minimum pay out is $3 for free members.

Are there any fees deducted from my payment?
Not on the GetMoneyMails side. The amount specified on your requested payment is exactly the same amount you are going to receive. There may be, however, fees deducted by your payment processor or bank.

How can I create an ad campaign?
Login to your advertiser account, go to "Create a new campaign" or simply head to the "Ad store", select the advertising package that fits your needs, setup your ad and proceed to the checkout page.

How can I track my campaigns?
Login to your advertiser account, go to "My campaigns", locate the campaign you want to track and click on "Stats". Your campaigns statistics are live generated including tracking and searching of individual events.
